Data Ram Khanal , the Vice-Chair Person was born in 1959 in Sankhejung of Ilam. He did his MA in Geography from TU who is involved in teaching profession in different educational institutions as a Professor.

He is not only investigating how to implement Labour Act but also studying on tea manufacturers of Illam. Mr. Khanal, the member of National Tea & Coffee Development Board has been involving in several political , social and democratic revolution in Nepal whose articles are also published through different newspapers. He has visited Japan and so on.
